I wanted to take a minute to show my gratitude for Kristina who I met while applying for heat assistance. She was very kind and non judgemental. Which as a lower income person sometimes you run into that. Bless her heart for being so nice and helpful. As well as Bonnie who helps with a smile and a contagious happy attitude. These ladies are truly very special. They are perfect for their jobs.
