New Opportunities, Inc. Awarded Grant from the Community Foundation of Carroll County 2010
New Opportunities, Inc. granted $14,000 to complete transportation drive and playground project at the new Head Start building located at 23751 Highway 30 East, Carroll.
Thanks to a grant from the Community Foundation of Carroll County in 2010, New Opportunities will be able to complete a cement transportation drive for buses to safely pick up and drop off all children for the Head Start program with or without a physical disability. In addition New Opportunities, Inc. will be able to complete a 1,500 square feet playground with cement base making it wheelchair and walker accessible for the Head Start Program
